About the course

This family- and dog-friendly course, installed in summer 2018, offers a welcoming layout for players of all abilities. Most holes play at 300 feet or shorter, making it approachable for beginners and youth, while still providing enough challenge to keep more advanced players engaged. Permanent teepads are in place, with additional beginner/family-friendly pads planned. Fairways are well maintained with tall grass defining the edges, and clear paths connect each hole. Features such as a sturdy bridge over the campground creek and flood-prevention steps enhance playability and safety. Amenities include bathrooms and drinking water at the main recreation building, as well as at the baseball concessions pavilion near Hole 9’s basket. The course is cart-friendly and one of the most accessible in the region, making it a top choice for both casual outings and more competitive rounds.

Limited mobility/cane accessible

The course is quite accessible, featuring mostly open, mowed grass fairways. While there are typical obstacles such as roots, light wooded areas, and a small bridge on Hole 14, players with an off-road wheelchair or cane should be able to navigate without major difficulty. Overall, it’s likely the most accessible course within a 100-mile radius.
