"Course is clean but tee pads are terrible. Tees 7 & 9 are misplaced and need to be relocated. Has potential if the HOA can perform some improvements. "

"Terrible layout of course, most tee pads are trash. Wasted tons of space, it has potential but right now it's sad as hell. "

"Decent practice course. Few long and some tee pads just need some help. I used sidewalk for tee pads for alternate otherwise awesome to have an added course. "
