Shaver Recreation Center, OG COURSE

Great equivalent to a “par 3” course. Lots of technical shots along with some longer distance shots!

Some of the pars are off…signage vs Udisc…

It’s a tough wooded course. Loved how it played. The signage was a little aged but great, overall. Only gripe was hardly a gripe.. the tee boxes we a bit slick from the debris, but it’s been raining like crazy recently so it would be incredible for it to be completely debris free.

Favorite course in the area. Add in a hanging or low basket and it would be a 10.

Distance from pad to basket are showing two different descriptions when compared to the signs for each hole and Udisc

The lack of benches is unbelievable specially w how hilly the course is

Course is not well maintained. It was at one time but it’s been several years since the OG had the attention it deserves.

Course has been cleaned up well. Needs a little TLC and pars should be updated on signs to match UDisc

Beautiful in the fall. A well designed course that requires a variety of shots!

Great course with great wooded fairways and super sloped greens.

This is a really fun course and if you’re playing the pars on UDisc it’s not “easy” per say but definitely shorter than the championship course. Overall it’s kept up okay but could really use new signage. Some awkward dog leg holes that make you work for your birdies, and it gets a bit repetitive on the back 9.

A ton of poison ivy

So much easier than the Champ layout. But a fun change of pace.
