The course layout is odd, and be prepared to be walking in waist high grass for much of the course.

Course through the college campus. Great views and pretty campus. 1-9 is all open with skinny fairways and lots of tall grass. Some decent elevation changes but not much variety. Hole 5 has construction equipment in the way. Holes 9-18 is more inside campus and a lot shorter and more technical with some risky shots near roads and inaccessible fences. Decent course could use some upgrades with signs and tee boxes. Also course ends on the opposite side of where it starts.

Good mix of long, short, wide, and narrow holes. Things to know: 1) Holes 8, 9, 10, 11 are in the fields adjacent to the college grounds. Assigning a spotter is really helpful to locating discs due to the very tall prairie grass in the fairways. The tees and greens are mowed and well maintained. 2) Hole 18 is on opposite side of campus to Hole 1. So, adjust your parking to suit preferred before or after round trek across the campus.

Can’t really play 6-11 because of the high weeds. Could mow fairways.

Well maintained campus. Plentiful parking at the first hole. Easy to find tee boxes with the app. All baskets are on the campus now. Nothing in the marsh area across the street. The 18 hole course (the Gold Tees course) is fun and challenging on the backside holes.

Basket tops should be painted a different color for better visibility. Weeds are yellow and Basket is yellow.

This course has the best view of the mountains in Sheridan! There are cows on part of the course but they didn't mind us being there. You will have to step over a cow pie or 50 but it is worth it. Course does a great job using the land it had available. It palys around and in the campus.

Impossible to follow. #7 was a total mystery of where to go. 5 was horrible. Cars trucks buildings everywhere.

Much better layout than it was a few years ago. You can finally play all 18 and are at decent positions. Probably the best course in Sheridan.

9 hole league layout is enjoyable and well mowed on the campus grounds. Cow pasture had light mowing but could use some TLC, some baskets getting overgrown. All baskets in the cow pasture had spider webs, indicating little use. Loved the cow pasture layout, eagle is in play for some big arms. Made some cow friends! Ran out of light to play the swamp, but looked to need even more TLC than the cow pasture. Nice disc catcher baskets, rubber tee pads. Some unfortunate long walks between holes.

Be ready to hike. Course needs some signage and better tee pads

Don’t waste your time on the holes off the beaten path, but if you stick to the holes on the well maintained parts of campus it is a great course with very good shot variation. Best disc golf in the Sheridan area. I will say if you play just the 9 on campus it’s a bit of a walk between a few holes.

I’m conflicted. Great local club has done a really good job working with the college to get this course in. They have used all available spaces, which unfortunately fractured the flow. I would suggest more than one layout/course. Beginner level shorter holes within the campus buildings, longer holes maybe circle the campus on a second layout. Just a thought. Keep up the good work!

Lots of construction blocking the fairways. Spent more time walking to tee pads than actually playing.

This course is the biggest crock ever! It doesn’t even deserve a description - it’s that bad! Not only are the holes poorly set up and the signage or lack there of awful, if it weren’t for the U disc app I would never have known I needed to walk 600 and 800 feet just to get to the next tee. Never mind walking through thorn grassy fields past Barbwire fences and having to throw around vehicles with windows that can break! Don’t just not waste your time, please save your time. Don’t go here.

Updated for UDISC for the new layout. All 18 holes are playable and it flows better than before. At least 1 longer walk from a previous hole and back from 18

Mark the tees with maps, make less/shorter holes...they don't always need to be long...the wind already doesn't help
