Unfortunately this course appears to have gone without any maintenance / upkeep. Many hols are nearly if not completely unplayable.

Don’t play this course. So many good options around that are worth the extra drive. I would’ve left after hole 4 if I wasn’t playing with a friend.

Have played this course roughly 20 times. For the area, this has 'hidden gem' potential but is still in it's infancy 3+ years after creation. No teepads make for precarious drives. The designer has no intention to have "feel good birdies", this course will punch you in the mouth, with tree hits and on the score sheet. There are multiple, and I mean at least 4 holes, that are impossible birdies even for an MPO. There are "tweener" holes, then there are sky pines' impossible holes. Par is birdie here. Large variety in shot shapes, open fairway par 4's and brutally tight par 3's. Do not bring newbie friends here.

Epic possibilities, but lacking a lot. Some overgrown fairways even in winter, and some poor layout choices (a fairway through a volleyball court/workout area, and another over the track and field long jump area). Difficult to navigate. Come with low expectations and have a fun adventure

DO NOT COME HERE ! by far the worst course I’ve been to. No upkeep whatsoever, poorly labeled holes, no tee pads, and the bugs are unbelievably bad. Don’t waste your time.

Zero maintenance whatsoever on most of the course. Paths were not well upkept. Do not recommend to anyone starting out

Trust the comments. Over grown means overgrown. Lost a disc.

Could be an absolutely fantastic course needs to be maintained better. Teepads would be nice, needs actual signs for each hole better markings to navigate. I'm sure this course is going to be better to play in the fall when the leaves hit the ground, recently played in June 2025. The course was in better shape than when I first played it. I still believe this would be one of the best courses in New England and one of the hardest. Hopefully the maintenance through 2026 brings a new life to this course. It desperately needs tee pads this course and Meatbone DGC in Atkinson are 2 great courses that need to be better maintained and they would be some of the best around.

Can't find the tee boxes or baskets. Course is completely overgrown and unplayable. It's a shame

Couldn’t finish the course, there’s grass that is growing neatly 6 feet tall in the back 9 and horrible signing. Poorly taken care of, tee pads are a mess and some unmarked. A few ok holes at best and basket quality is awesome, but there needs to be major upkeep to keep on the course

Definitely WIP, can be great with some more care. Hole 1 and 2 aren’t great, after that the course gets a lot better. This course is LONG, and includes a lake shot with around a 250’ carry. This course is very difficult to navigate. Reds do not exist. Lots of blind shots so bring a friend. There are currently several widowmakers hanging over fairways, and a downed tree blocking path from 12 to 13.

Last year it was better maintained. Hopefully, there are changes in the wind, but won’t know until I return next year

Hole 16 and 18 are just ridiculous. The only line is a 200+ foot throw over the water. Instant lost discs for beginners. No drop zones. And many other holes barely have lines. Either holes we good or terrible. Was really excited about this and will play again but I'll skip 16 and 18. Not worth it.

This is going to be one of the greatest courses in the area. It’s a very challenging course with tight fairways throughout the course, with the exception of a few holes that will have you throwing every shot in the book.

Had to stop playing after 5 holes because of bugs and overgrown grass. Once the course is manicured, it’ll be great. Good baskets, good mix of challenge/fun, great design, and fantastic use of property. Won’t be back until the course is in decent condition

Course is fun and challenging. Some holes could use to lose a couple trees but overall design is spectacular. Once it has tee pads, it’ll break in with more foot traffic and the course will really develop into itself.

Fun course with a good variety of shots. Some open holes, some tightly wooded holes, water shots, etc. Easy to Navigate from hole to hole and good tee signs with QR code’s if you do get lost. Teepads are currently natural but they’re all marked
