Beautiful views. Avoided the lift ticket and took the Elephant’s Rock trail. Definitely would’ve been disappointed to pay for saving myself a short walk. The terrain is uneven with high grass, holes, and rocks (because it’s a mountain) but the woods were never too thick to find your disc, even under the fall leaves. The course is mediocre with almost no room for a run up and frequently incorrect signage distance. Navigating between holes isn’t very straightforward, sometimes backtracking to find the right teepad. Many holes are blind which, for a course I doubt anyone plays regularly, didn’t help the first-time experience. UDisc is amazing, but I’d love to not have to rely on my phone to find my way through a course, tell where the basket is, or gauge distance.

A one and done play for sure. $15 up the chairlift and purchasing a ticket was a pain. I think the course is meant as a draw for anyone staying in WV. The teeboxes and signage were about as bad as it gets. I liked the throws. U disc distances were accurate, signage distance was bogus.
