I've played the "front 9 loop" probably 12+ times and had never ventured to the back 9. Today I ventured and was shocked at what I saw. Baskets and tee pads completely swallowed by overgrowth. Couldn't find 8's (back starts at 8) basket, laughed aloud at 9's teepad, couldn't see over the growth to 9's basket, walked past 15's basket which was completely covered. Just the rotting remains of what used to be a back 9. Absolutely pathetic on the city's part to not keep up with this, could be one of the more beautiful courses in Mobile. Tempted to contact the course management and see what it takes to get it in playable conditions. Thanks to those who do mow the grass and try and keep it playable though, front 9 is a breezy good time with only 1 water scare when grass is cut.
@nathanbr2
Decent Little course with natural Teepads, nothing too fancy
@omalon
Course is great, but the hill 15 and 16 play on needs to be cleared out of brush. I recomend playing 1 through 7 and then playing 17 and 18 for a great quick 9. That overgrown hill makes some of the holes unplayable.
@wyleone
The course is playable, but the hill at holes 8 and 15 are covered with Sawtooth blackberries. You will draw blood of you can't throw all the way to the top. (If you want your disc back) Grass was high cut. I doubt they cut it short ever.
@jeffgusa
Currently overgrown on 8-16. Hill holes need to be bush hogged
@elimar
Lots of big throws. The front is good with some technical shots but the back nine is very cool. Getting to use most of my drivers for the variety of conditions like water, downhill, knowing what disc isn’t going to over shoot. Throwing my big overstable drivers over water and come back into the fairway was awesome. Careful with throwing flippy and laser straight, once your disc goes over the edge it may be impossible to find if it didn’t land in the water.

Tees do not match even on classic layouts
@skymtb
Fun course.
@curtis91
Only 9 hole layout playable at the moment.
@aeger1
I won’t come back again till they fix it up. Has potential to be a nice place.
@sammcmalone
Pretty confusing lay out for non-frequent players. Grab a local if you can. It’s easy to play the wrong hole if you aren’t paying attention.
@drpnut
Looking great!
@torrey
No parking. Very tall grass. Long gaps between holes. Could be great with a little grass cutting and designated parking area. Not necessarily a parking lot like a store but, a marked area would be nice. No one wants to get towed.
