The course is really clean with great hole designs my only complain would be how spread out the holes are but you have to give so you can take, if they weren’t spread around you wouldn’t get the nice hole shots you get. Also, could use some signage but if you have UDisc you will find your way around.
@gypsynuggets
Great course design, pathing between holes kinda jenky
@mercthejerk
Great course, very good shot variety, just needs next Tee signs as it gets a little hard finding next hole at times
@ghyphenreg
Fun course…serene, well-kept park.. wasn’t just when I was there; felt like a nice few hour retreat.
@storminsturm
Nice course, great for intermediate and advanced players. Course is numbered wrong though ... start on hole 12 left side of parking lot and finish at 11 on back side of parking lot.
@cinegonz
This course is gorgeous. The amount of variety this course has is like nothing else I’ve played. Long bombers - short technical shots. Careful off the fairways, lots of poison ivy.
@chadborden556
Absolutely a gem of a course. Highly recommend checking this course out if you are in the are. Beautiful design and challenge in an immaculate park!
@wmayette
Great time on course beautiful layouts! It’s a must play for sure no snow and only one wet spot!!!
@moreaudw
Excellent course, course design and use of the park. Great variety of shots.
@nathanalleman
Perhaps it was the beautiful summer day when I played, but in the era of UDISC grade inflation, I cannot understand how this course isn't rated higher than a 4.4. I've played over 230 courses, including 20 UDisc #1 state courses, and this might be my favorite park-style course. Sullivan has elevation, tons of shot variety, tight woods holes with challenging but reasonable lines, and some fun downhill throws. Credit to the designer for making a sensible but still challenging course. Parks courses must serve a diverse set of players, keeping it fun yet rewarding for more advanced players, which this one does. So many parks courses have dumb 400'+ par3 holes that only bombers arms can reach (see Emerson Park in Auburn), or poke and hope woods holes that test luck more than skill (Emerson back 9...). Add to all that, this course is gorgeous and well maintained, with TONS of chips managing the mud. My only beef was the poison ivy all along the fairway on 4-6. If you're in the area and only have time for one course, make it this one!
@codi21wood
Very well maintained course with good variety of shots shapes, elevation changes, and wooden vs. open holes.
@dsplayfair
Stopped here on my way home from a tournament. I really enjoyed this course a lot. Many fun shots that have great Tee areas. Make sure you use udisc. Thank you those responsible.
@jimmydyngus
Really fun “park style” course. Good design overall. Upkeep was excellent with lots of wood chips on paths & fairways. Worth checking out.
@samlucca
Super fun! And gorgeous. This place is as good as a public course can be. Whoever designed the holes knows what they’re doing. Trees/grass mix with elevation changes that actually make sense. Everyone I met was friendly, both players and non-players. I don’t think I’ve ever given a 5 star rating to a public/free to play course, but this one deserves it
@smoney
Very nicely maintained course. Fun variety of shots and between the two tee pads.
@bcnorval
It was was rainy today and some of the paths on slopes were very dangerous, with no steps or handholds. The layout could be better thought out to make a cleaner circuit
@carbyjo
Only downfall is no bathroom in the winter and the porta potty is not here. Not a lot of places to sneak off into the woods lol.
@cmanning10
Cool course. New layout was a nice change. Can't wait for the tees to be in.
@pandaperian
This is going to be a staple of the community! Great layout, mulch makes for easy to define pathways and great variety of holes. The tee pads are loose gravel for now but once they’re more established, this is sure to be a regular visit
