About the course

This layout is using the remnants of an old disc golf course, which is 3 leftover baskets in one big tree-lined field, which is a former ball golf fairway. I figured out 9 seperate holes using the 3 baskets in the compact space. EVERYTHING OUTSIDE OF THE SHORT GRASS IS OB. PROS: - wide-open fairway shots on short grass for those that can throw bombs or rollers, which is hard to find at other courses in Korea - Innova baskets in great shape - challenging variety of tee shots for all types: righties, lefties, forehand-throwers, etc. - good facilities: plenty of restrooms and water, plus convenient store/coffee shop with nice views of the river - weekdays almost empty, especially in winter - only course in Seoul CONS: - very crowded with people walking through and kids playing in the middle of the course since it's next to a big campground, especially when the weather's nice and on weekends - be patient - Locals have no idea what DG is. - no tee pads or signage, but all the tees are short grass and comfortable to throw from. Follow the Udisc map. Email me for a more detailed map. - muddy and/or icy frequently in the middle of the field - The OB is absolutely brutal. Thick reeds and grass 10cm thick under your feet. Bramble and thorns everywhere. Even worse in the summer with banana spiders and mosquitoes everywhere. I've watched carefully where discs have gone in and still couldn't find them after 45 minutes of searching. Motivation to throw well! - It's a pain to get to. There's a little tram that starts right next to Seoul Mountain Climbing & Culture Center (서울특별시 산악문화체험센터) and goes to the top of the hill where the park is. Google Maps and Kakao Maps are pretty good at giving accurate directions to the climbing center. If you go on the weekend, you can take bus 8777 from World Cup Stadium Station outside exit 2, which will drop you right at the climbing center. If you're coming from south of the river, bus 9707 drops you just down the hill next to the highway by the river. Taxi would be most convenient, and there is a parking lot if you have a car, but it fills up fast on the weekends. Email me if you want more detailed maps, both for directions or for course layout. If I'm free, which is usually Sundays, Mondays, or Wednesdays, I can come and show you around!

Thank you for the useful info on UDisc and within reviews! Super helpful! A fun mission to a random spot near the city. PS Bring mosquito repellant! There were dozens of couples getting wedding photos taken and children with kites so I had to be really careful and often wait. Some long shots, fairly basic design given its restrictions. Avoiding OB is a must!

You know... It's beautiful this even exists in Korea and that the descriptions were so useful. It's more like a proper practice course since the 3 baskets are right by each other, but it's fun! The course is super crowded with people taking pictures, but it's fun to feel watched as people have no idea what's going on hahaha. The campground around it is BEAUTIFUL if you go for a walk down to the Han River after.
