@khanfuzed1
brutal course in the summer. not a lot of shade. Mostly long straight shots without many obstacles. fine basic course
@tmcmattis
Homeless people hanging out in a few fairways
@tpetersen26
I recommend playing here if you are from out of town. Played in 100 degrees but there was pockets of shade throughout. A lot of good shot shaping.
@okkevin
Besides all the homeless people, this is a fantastic course. I don’t get all the hate.
@nomadnick
If this park had less trash and less people (homeless and not) I'd bump this to a 4
@pomerleau4
Enjoyed the course, different variety of shots and well maintained. Seeing all the commercial airline traffic on short final was amazing!! Possibly the worst par layout of any course I’ve played. 500+ ft through the trees = par 3? Numerous holes exactly like that as well. If pars are updated, then possibly a 5/5 course.
@aurkarm
Park disc golf a few miles from the Strip. A lot of long drives, work some trees to break things up. Good use of the land, mostly easy to follow the layout. Tees are good. Signage is decent. Pretty good traffic even earlier on a Saturday morning. All in all, not a bad round to play.
@strebs
Good use of park space. Back half is more enjoyable with some shot design around trees in the mix. Front 9 is pretty open
@filzer
Need UDisc Ie not obvious navigation or directional signage to next box. Nice use of public space
@tomsdiscgolf
Nice intermediate course. Most holes are wide- open hyzers
@quentenfisher
Nice flat course with some ace runs and plenty of bomber holes.
@travis20hensley
Good course but lord of goose and goose poop everywhere and the holes are very long to be par 3s.
@aggiejonathan
Nice long course, grass maintained, some basket at the end where hard to find. Too many homeless people loitering! Some of the tee boxes were slick
@tyranitar
They cleaned this course up recently and it's playing great!
@jaredh12
Played the course for the first time in 5 years and was a bit disappointed to be honest. Unfortunately the homeless population has significantly increased over the past few years and while I never feel unsafe, and all interactions have been pleasant, it’s not somewhere I’d recommend taking a child. This course really needs someone in the community to own it - UDisc needs to be updated. A course redesign could be helpful to make more realistic holes that aren’t all 350’+ par 3s, etc. This could be a great course again, but isn’t on the correct trajectory unfortunately.
@jmdudley
Cool city course except for wind and people pretending they don’t o ow there is a disc golf course there.
@poormtnkid
In my opinion Sunset is one of Las Vegas’s best courses. With multiple basket positions there can be a range of difficulty. There are short and long holes, left to right and right to left, open and “wooded”(for a desert), the only thing the course does not offer is elevation. Tee pads are good size with only a few that are getting slick. Don’t let the ratings of this course steer you in another direction .
@fortytilfive
Pretty basic flat ground park course, only difficulty comes in some distance on a few baskets.
