About the course
OPEN - Feb 28th 2026 | Do not miss course
Exciting new course in the heart of the North Island. The Disc Shop NZ Crew have transformed this tricky space into a sweet 9 basket - 2 tee course.
Green Layout for new players to get hooked on disc golf and the Blue layout (temporary tee areas currently) for any skill level. Seriously one of the coolest courses in the country.
Fantastic scenery and amazing trees. Don't miss the walk down to the river after hole 6.
The Disc Shop NZ crew have installed their proto-teepads for testing. These tees are a very cost effective, easy to install permanent (yet relocatable) tee pads. Most importantly they are slip resistant and councils love them for maintenance and safety. More development will come with each install.

Great location for a stop off on road trip north! Be prepared for uneven ground, banks to navigate, and wire farm fences to climb (no stiles) but perfect for a challenge!

Course has great potential and excellent signage. Grass definitely needs cut short to reveal all the holes in the walks Had to hop the fence, that was a first in 80+ courses but its worth a go
