It’s fine. There’s nothing inherently wrong with the course, just overall unremarkable. - Most of the tee pads are just the walking path that goes through the area, but concrete is always a plus. - The shot variety is lacking. Most of the holes feel and play relatively the same. Red v. Blue tees are only around a hundred feet difference, so the holes still play exactly the same regardless of what layout you choose. - Some of the holes are very close to people’s houses, which is a personal negative for me. Grass and brush also need cut badly. Only real standout hole was the bomber down into the field for 13 and the hanging basket on 15. TL/DR: Unmemorable. It’s fine if you’re in the area, but don’t make a trip out of it.

Open course for the most part.. downside as well Tee signs just show footage. Also the tee pads are part of the paved walking path so on several holes you are throwing straight down the paved walking path that has people walking on it. Poor design, I get it, was to save money but still poor design to have baskets down alongside of the paths
