Tall, high grass - need to really, really watch where your disc lands or have a spotter - just to go with you and position themselves however far you normally throw from the tee box. Otherwise you will spend considerable time looking for your disc.

Tones course. No tee pads or signs. Impossible to play without UDisc. Not really worth playing.

No tee signs. You wouldn't know there was a course here if you didn't know what the green things are.

Cool park, and first dinger course but no tee pads so it was difficult to navigate. Also grass needs a mow doesn’t look like they ever mow fairway so expect to walk through tall grass to find your disc.

Mowing would be helpful. You need the app to navigate.

Hardly considered a course. Not tee boxes, no markers. No possible way anyone would ever know their way around with it udisk. Terrible terrible
