@mrlosingdiscs
Great overall. Best on the island. Tees are too short to be suspended off the ground. Several areas had me scared for gators.
@cthediesel22
Kudos & keep up great work. It’s a walk but fun shots from blues. Glad I can stay on island to play a round now
@patrickwj2
Conditions and hazards aside, I think it's a fun course with a good, challenging layout from blues. Good shot variety and hole length. Grass could use a fresh cut, but I've seen worse. I think they do a good job overall mitigating lost disc potential with the layout (other than hole 16). Inconsistent tee surfaces and the raised turf pads are a bit too short / small, but it's good to see the effort into making quality tee surfaces. I think consistent tee surfaces and some additional upkeep would have this as at 4 stars for me. Grateful to have an 18 course to play on vacation!
@bauerfriesen11
Really well designed with a lot of fun shots
@lethies91
Thanks to Hilton Head Parks and Rec for the maintained course. A Hidden Gem!
@controlz
Really fun, scenic layout. Great use of space on a retired bolf course. Challenging but fair. My main critique is that the high-quality tin signs for each hole could really use a simple map … especially on holes where water and multiple ob’s come into play. Overall, a fantastic course and a great compliment the the less-forgiving “The Sarge” down the road.
@mumstheword
Once they put real tees in, this course has real potential!! Gorgeous shots and some real danger all around. Great course
@mckegga420
Course has potential. Needs better signage, tees and to be mowed. Could be a 4.5 with some work
@jrussmartin
This is the big brother complement to the other course down the street. Good mix of distances.
@blackclouds
One of the best beach courses in SC and if it was built out properly, this property could easily host high level PDGA events! Better signs and tee pads and this would be a 5 star course anywhere in the US!!!
@discroni
Tees change from decent elevated turf tees to kitchen rubber grip pads.. so big variation on that but great holes and fun play! Fairly minimum gator swamp yoink potential, but there for at least 5 or six shots. Great track!
@davidagnes
Finally a quality course on HH. Course has good length and shot variety. Definitely less buggy than Savannah course. A little overgrown and signage was light, hopefully will improve over time. Perfect for vacationers trying to get in a round before heading to the beach
@mojowen
Finally a full course in Hilton Head!! This course is not there yet but fully playable, lots of fun, and has loads of potential. Well done to those who created it!
@cwardj
Lotta fun. Maybe a few too many bomber holes for my liking. Some of the bomber holes def need more signage to indicate where basket is. A couple holes I played pretty blind til halfway up the fairway. Cool wildlife and plane life. 4.5 stars based on assumption there still Under construction. Half star off for shot variety.
@pneugebauer
Signage and tee boxes and this could very well be a pro course
@rsecord
Needs mowing and a saw. Few trees down. Long course. Obviously it’s new so no sense in complaining about T s and signage. Just needs TLC
@wsecord
It’s a long course Needs the last remaining touches such as signs and T pads. Will be a great course for Hilton Head when the city finishes the build. We did see an alligator on waters edge. Excited to see it in a couple years
@ballika
Great property. Course layout has a variety and uses some water hazards. Watch out for ants when putting your bag down. Udiac is a must for way finding. Donate!
@kevinpdonahoe
In town from Ohio and loved this course! Five stars once it’s finished for sure! Hilton Head gem-don’t miss this one!
