For what it’s worth, it’s not a bad family course at all and I could see an intermediate player playing this often if it were down the street. Shots could be longer, there could be long and short tee pads, signs could be better kept, and most of all there should absolutely not be benches bolted onto the tee pads
@rooster06
This may look like a normal city park 9 pitch&putt or hyzerfest but it is not! What a fun little course. 5☆ but for the tee signs, otherwise, this is a perfect little locals course.
@fretgod321
Fairly wide open course, but the hole designs make use of what they can. Variety of uphill/downhill holes. Hole 9 fairway runs along entry road to the church, so you could have to wait to throw if there’s traffic. A couple of benches by some tees, but no other amenities.
@alexhallumsdisc
Fun 9 hole course. Elevation comes into play on almost every hole. Good mix of shot shapes. Trees come into play. Concrete tee-pads. A few ace runs. Wish it was 18! Worth a visit if you’re in the area or looking for something new to play.
@tanto18
The name says it all. Great little hillside course with all the Nebraska wind you can ask for!
@cmbonsai
Really enjoyed this course. This would be a top park course in the DSM area and I’m jealous it’s not closer.
@gavinicus
Love this one. Really relaxing course with a good mix of long, technical, and elevation change variety, with a lot of fairway 👍
@samjvrana
A good bit of challenge from much more elevation change than the typical local course and a few well well-placed trees
@brandowin
My favorite course in Kearney, great use of landscape in small area. Only issue is that the orange construction barrier by hole 8 is not just ugly but consistantly in the way. Dont know what needs to be fixed but please fix it to make that hole even more playable.
@drfrisb
Solid design with a variety of angles uphill and down required. Overall a decently fun play.
@erik422
Fun hilly course. Baskets could use a upgrade but still fun. I wish there was a smart layout as well.
@codychasse
It’s good practice for downhill and uphill distance control shots. Good step up from Centennial. It’s serves its purpose well. Negatives - Needs new baskets.
@hoss2003
Great open course except for hole 6 and 9! Great fro beginners to up there level of play! Hole 9 let’s you rip it for a challenging drive! Would recommend this course to beginners and for pros needing some up hill practice
@stoutjcs
First time throwing this hidden gem in Kearney. Thanks for all who marked the tee boxes. This is definitely my new favorite course in town. A bit more rustic with no tee boxes but don’t let that turn you away!
