Solid public park course with a varied blend of hole layouts. There are some questionably long par 3’s, and thick woods and brambles off-line on some holes that aren’t terribly forgiving of inaccurate shots, providing an engaging level of challenge. Nothing really in the way of extra amenities and upkeep-wise, the tee boxes were prone to some pine needle cover and the park could use some litter removal, but it wasn’t too egregious. Overall, worth the half-hour drive from Durham to try out a new course outside of the Triangle and would go back to play again sometime!

Good mix of open and wooded holes. Worth a visit if you’ve exhausted the Triangle and are looking for something new or live nearby and want a neat home course.
