Nothing more wild than this course. Absolutely insane terrain. I loved it. Even found a disc on 2!
@ttrekett
Nice quick course with some thick sagebrush around the first few holes. Lost a disc hole 2. Hole 8 is great but could be a disc lost to the marsh.
@eagle420
Didn't listen to any of the negative comments. This is the course I've been looking for on my travels playing. True to the nature of the surrounding area and the people who built it. Would recommend if you're capable.
@asherbeaudin
The course was originally 9 holes (1-4, 14-18 on UDisc). That portion of the course is pretty decent, with baskets, dirt tees, and fun, open shots with lots of elevation change. The other nine are barely an afterthought, with no tee pads or signs and tone poles for targets. It is not maintained at all. The grass is tall, the bugs are hungry, and it’s a trek to find the tees. There are some fun views and 17 is a great signature hole
@stingraycraig
UDisc will get you around the course without too much difficulty.

Glad I went. Love experiencing new courses but don’t have a ton of ambition to come back. We went after some rain so that probably is heavily impacting my review but much of the course was extremely slick and muddy. I enjoyed the large elevation changes, and the views from #1 and #8 were really neat. Tons of sagebrush but it actually wasn’t too bad finding discs as long as you were paying attention. I smell great too.
@mitchmcd
Just needs more people to play and make trails
@tanman71
Hard to get to not super accessible to the public and not beginner friendly you will lose discs or spend most your time trying to find them all in all not a good representation of how amazing disc golf can be
@bodicon
Very easy to lose discs but very beautiful course. Got to observe two bald eagles by the river. Unfortunately no eagles for me though ;)
@helikyler
Definitely not a good course for sandals. Lots of loose and steep hikes and things to stick in your foot. If you're new to the course, be sure to grab a laminated map from the box at the first tee, very helpful. If you find a Leopard in the middle of the Salmon River, please call the number on it! :-D
@countvakula
Great backcountry disc golf. A must play in my book!
@dylanscott1
Very fun course! The elevation change is awesome!
@rosecitytid
Very rugged upper 9. Lower 9 is tough to navigate and tones aren't painted so hard to see in places. Skipped a couple of holes on lower due to very tall grass /blind shots. Last 2 miles of the road in is single lane dirt road. High clearance advisable.
@blazinjs
Course design is fun but the accessibility is poor. Dangerous for kids. A lot of cactus present near trails. Just played the front 9, but would definitely go again!!
@doodoot
Views are spectacular! Course needs some extra directions, which we were told is coming along! Not for the faint of heart as the hiking is vigorous, but worth the drive and stop!
