Only thing I ask of this course is change up the open shots a little
@johnjehl
If you’re not a true beginner I’d recommend using the “Advanced” layout as opposed to the “Main” layout. Only difference is every hole is par 3. The main layout is far too generous, I shot a -8 on main which would’ve been a +5 on advanced. It felt like a +5 round to me based on how I played and compared to other courses. The front half have a good amount of variety and quite a few fun holes, but the back half was a bit repetitive with open field shots. Great tee pads. I enjoyed the course, have fun!
@nreining
Good but the par is way off and i lost a disc in the lily pads on 6 :(
@waggonab
The setting is beautiful, but the course is mostly open and fairly easy compared to most courses. The course par is absurd. All 18 holes should be par 3 as nothing is over 360 feet. However, it is a fun place to play. Would love to do a redesign of this course utilizing more of the woods on the property.

This course is really beautiful. It’s a nice length, has elevation challenges and makes good use of large old trees. Would suggest finding a way to put 13 and 14 in the woods behind 12 to get to 4.5 stars, too much of the back 9 was open field throws. Maybe put 16 on the side of the hill to increase the difficulty. Overall though, really fantastic property and a lovely course!
@refsta
Fun to play. Mostly open. A few baskets near but not over water. Would be nice to get the crooked baskets fixed.
@shaww777
Very bad par choices, but fun course to play!
@spamtheman
Change par layout. Should be almost all par 3’s. Maybe a couple pad 4’s.
@thundrjunk
Beautiful, quiet course. A friendly elderly guy said “God bless you” when I asked directions to the first tee. Pars are generous on the main course. The cage on 18 is bent. This spot is a terrific private course that I will 100% play again.
@greatlevi
A nice simple course with some trees and water on the front 9. Also beware the front 9 for some wet spots in the grass down by the channel. The back 9 is almost completely open, makes great for practicing with different discs.
@drummerjared
Love the layout. Family friendly. A few crooked baskets could be straightened.
@aidenoverman
Probably the easiest course I have ever played…should be no reason to get over par on this if you disc golf often. If you want a challenge, don’t go here, but if you’re wanting to become a better disc golfer, this is the place to go.
@riley95
Really great course! A little wet near the lake, but overall I enjoyed it! A few water hazards. Many of the holes that are par 4 probably should be par 3, so it’s a pretty easy course. I finished -6 my first time out there. Lost one disc in the water (overthrown on hole 10). Will be returning!

I've played the Lodge for the last 5 years, since I started playing, so it has a special place in my heart. It's not the best course within a couple hours drive, but it has enough shot difference that it's fun but challenging.
