You will definitely want a cart because the distance between holes can be long. I enjoyed the round. Permanent tee pads and new baskets would be nice. The course was dry while Fort Buhlow is under water.
@skydawg97
Grass is almost always long cart path very rough they are fixing a lot of stuff no signs have to use app to figure everything out great shot veriations cart uses all day use
@mandieblan
Beautiful course. Wish there was concrete tee pads but other than that, I love this course. I had a lot of fun! If you see a ducky on basket 19, that’s love brought all the way here from Houston
@alexhertzog
The only two downfalls I give this course are the length between certain holes and lack of arrows/signage on near the tee pads. I honestly really liked playing this course. Most of the fairways were cut so I got a lot of good skips. Great use of elevation and the shot variety is pretty good. This was the first time playing a disc golf course on a ball golf course and I was pleasantly surprised. I also didn’t mind the rubber tee pad. They provided a lot of grip.
@danielmizell
Absolutely love love the carts! And the guys at the clubhouse were super helpful and friendly. (A surprisingly nice selection of discs too) the tee pads (I was playing white) were almost as bad as just playing on grass. I didn’t mind them but my wife really disliked them. It’s a golf disc golf course so wide open fairways and not a lot of different shot shapes. If you shank a shot on some of these holes you may never find your disc again (speaking from experience) the rough is extremely thick and unless you don’t mind climbing through briars you will be wishing you had practiced more. It is a fun experience to drive around on a cart and the price is very fair. I will be playing here again even though I had to drive 3 hours to get here.
@johnny5050
Unbelievable. I play all over the us and this was a top 5 for me. Amazing views! The obvious tee pad and dg course on a ball golf course hinder my review a little, but not much. Still 5 star! Will be back!!
@parakeetshoes
Great course but needs concrete tee pads and you gotta rent a cart. It's very long without it. You also need udisc to get around. Once those few things are fixed this will be a good course.
@bdupy97
Nice, fun course. Permanent concrete tee pads would be super appreciated, the footing on certain tees is iffy at best. Signage would be a huge plus as well, as it isn't the easiest course to navigate without a caddy book.
@jag8801
Great new course. Holes laid out perfectly. Very walkable but lots of distance between holes. If you are in a hurry a cart is worth it. Glad to have another Alex course.
@colamusic337
Such a fun course… interesting to be on a golf cart playing disc golf but I’m not mad about it. Super fun course.
@tms78755
Very fun course. Excellent addition to CenLa disc golf.
@jim425
First time playing Reservation and really enjoyed it. Nice wide open layout with some long distance holes and some rolling hills. A few over the water shots. Nice course. Definitely will be playing it some more.
@n8hobbs
Great course, really enjoyed it, nice and open since it’s on a golf course, so you can really unleash on some holes. If you can rent a golf cart do it.
@johnandhudson
Central Louisiana continues to grow its disc golf course options! The Reservation is a great new addition with challenges in elevation and creative use of boundaries, water hazards and tree lines. Well worth the small fee for 21 holes of a well laid out and well managed course.
@sandifer95
Very wet right now but a beautiful course
