Loved the course & to see how much it has grown over the years makes it fun.
@sticksnstuff
The first five holes are beautifully maintained, technical but fair shots. After playing the first five holes, I was very excited to see what the rest of the course had to offer. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Many holes leave you with no clear lines to throw, trees in the way, no real idea of where the basket is. I had high hopes for this being a technical wooded course, and with some work I think it could be, but it’s not worth playing right now.
@edalbrock
If you have never played here and are reading the reviews to see if you should then here you go. Yes! It is a course that is difficult to finish par or below from a beginners standpoint yet the opportunity for a birdie or 5 is there. 10/10 scenery and low chance of losing a disc except on 18. 18 is a water hole yet their is an alternative tee box. One of my favorite courses and my first course I recommend to people when they are looking to play the mid Michigan area.
@pgroot
Always a fun, challenging course.
@skohlhoff44
Course is great! Nice, technical lines throughout.
@lynema616
Immaculately maintained. Technical, sneaky long course. Definitely recommend.
@ktallent17
Overall good course. Technical throughout, with the front 9 playing much shorter than the back 9. The fairways are well manicured, but the tee pads need updating. Stay in the fairway with your shots or you’ll be battling heavy rough that contain ticks.
@shidearm
Clearly defined fairways. Very well maintained course - they were mowing each time I’ve been there the past few weeks. Heard from an unnamed source that new signage may be on the horizon AND possibly new teepads.
@d9huis
Few challenging holes but beautiful course!!
@zajo76e
Beautiful course with lots of different shots just very over grown
@n8barton
At least 60%+ low ceiling forehand shots. Could use some diversity. Challenging run, cool with water and woods.
@lordybgordy79
If you don’t have a low right hand forehand that goes distance, wouldn’t recommend
@philipbalger
Some surface slippy mud not too sloppy this morning(4-1-23). Random puddling on some fairways with a few greens particularly 10’s bullseye. Still great in so many more ways. As always a perfect mixture of easy and challenging with so much on the table if you’ve got the touch.

Great course. The back nine opens up a little bit. But fun. Water on hole 18. I played it in the spring and it’s gonna have some thick rough in the summer. Great course. Well maintained.
