About the course

Owned and operated by McKinney Municipal Utility District No. 1 (McKinney MUD1). Open SUNRISE to SUNSET ONLY! No drinking fountains around the course, so be sure to bring about a gallon or more of water. It’s about 5 miles parking lot to parking lot. Restrooms and soda fountain located at Basecamp, next to hole #1 and the parking lot. Swimming or wading into the lakes is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

This is a very well balanced course that will make you work on all aspects of your game. The wooded holes are fun, and the open holes have enough water threat to keep you on your toes. Two sets of tees and two sets of baskets per hole, keep things from getting stale. The only downfall is that there are long walks between many of the holes. Outside of that is a very good course and you will have to excite shots in order to score well. One of the best courses in the McKinney area.

The mudscrapers at each hole are divine in the gummy black soil of N Texas. Challenging lines for all levels, two pads and two baskets for all 21 something for everyone!
