Township just purchased additional acreage and will be adding 9 more holes. They are determined to correct some of the water issues and add more trees for shot variety. Concrete pads are planned as well. Work in progress with a promising future.
@langester07
Nice walk at the park but the shots are all just straight fairways with decent chance to send your disc into tall grass/brush. Lost my Destroyer🫡
@hyzerbaby
Please add OB areas/island holes/hazards to make it more interesting. You could just lay down some logs in a big circle for example to make island holes or hazards. Still fun though if you want to get a quick round in!
@osbjorn
It was a very nice and we'll maintained course. Every tee area had a nice trash can with bag and the lawns mowed to make it obvious to the course layout. If the tee areas were paved and the ground was not as wet, it would be about perfect.
@tdanis84
This course is boring because it is wide open. The woods should be used for a few shots. I likely would not play this course again.
@mvargas
For a 9 hole course this is pretty fun. I admit, the tall, thick grass has gotten ahold of 2 of my discs (in two separate rounds). Tee pads are dirt/gravel and need some weeding done on them. Shot variety is fun for what available space there is here. I’ll be back.
@boneapplet
Beautiful course. Just some tall grass could lose some disc but only if you are lazy to try to find them.
@heather49720
Good learning course. Maybe a fun just got out if work stop!
@mrberg
The only reason this course is rated above a 2.0 is because the park itself is nice. It has nice bathrooms, and nice running trails. Then you get to the disc golf course which is left abandoned, with absolutely nothing interesting about the holes. The grass was over a foot long which made it impossible to find your disc in a completely open field. Every single shot is just open field play. 300 ft shots have Par 4s on them, which makes no sense when there are no obstacles. There will be random strips of thick, tall weeds waist high or more along each hole that I would assume is to “separate the holes” from each other. The only thing they do is swallow discs. Just brush hog the nasty weeds and put up some obstacles! It’s just the same straight shot over and over. So far the worst of over 100 disc golf courses I’ve been to.
@isova08
Course is being updated! Hole 4 is moved farther back behind bushes and new tee areas are flagged. The newly acquired parcel has fairways mowed but doesn’t have pins installed yet. Thanks to all who are helping with the update!
@lerrinbergstein
If you love open courses and hate people, this is the course for you. The few times I played here, didn’t see a single disc golfer. Just the occasional dog walker. Almost completely open course with just enough obstacles to make it interesting.
@boozler
Very boring. 9 open holes.
@jschark12
Teepads are gravel and you can’t get great footing. Cement would be way better
@wockhardt
Great for beginners or those wanting to try new discs
@colonel1
Great beginner course. Very open, but if you get it in the long grass good luck lol
@awakelist
Great simple course. Well manicured, better tees and signs than most places. The holes are very open and straight forward so not much of a challenge but it's exactly where we all need to be practicing.
@trig40
Looking forward to the upcoming course improvements. Some trees are on the way… and now that the fairways are being cut similar to a ball golf course the holes are gaining character. Benches, Hazards / Bunkers & concrete tee pads will come shortly after a few course design changes. Now that it’s rolling season work will be done to flatten out the “old farm field” best we can. Semper Frisbee!!!
