This course is incredible. They’ve done a great job of making it accessible to beginners but challenging to experienced players. The scenery is beautiful and the course is clean and well maintained.
@cmaaaaan
Great course! Water hole is short but intimidating - harder than it looks
@benjamoeller
Beautiful course, some the shots are a bit dangerous, other park goers could get in the shot, and some tees are very close to baskets. Otherwise worth a visit!
@julianmch
Large car park, sheltered bike racks, plenty of bins around the course, loaner discs available. Only thing really missing is a toilet.
@falconhawk
Such a beautiful layout and course! I was lucky to get a perfect blue sky day with a light breeze ☀️
@nhutton
Several different layouts. Tee signs are well marked and directional arrows in every basket. Gorgeous colors in the trees and good variety of shots. Definitely worth the trip.
@tomasredlich
First time playing here was Sunday’s 18 layout and I’ve found the layout very monothonic with many straight shots in the woods. Got angry, rated the course with 2 stars and left. The second visit with Lloyd on Tournament 18 layout (green) was totally different experience! Each hole unique and smart layout designed to take out the maximum from the area. This course is a beautiful example how courses should be built. I’ve been the most surprised from Woodhenge located secretly before hole 15. It is a great practicing area for putting with 3 baskets.
@drhamvay
This course is absolutely stunning!!! Wonderful variety of shots. Challenging but fair. I've been playing for 30 years now, played about 100 courses around the US and a few around the world, and this place just made my #1. Big thank you to the ownerr, Lloyd. I forgot to pack discs during my trip and he met me at the course, sold me a few, and even loaned me one of his. Thank you for everything!!!
@kylemetcalfe
Great shot variety, a little tricky to navigate at times but UDisc will get you around no problem. I’d play here daily if I was local
@samihavuluoto
Absolutely stunning course! Features a great mix of holes being 50/50 open and wooded, and challenges you to execute a wide range of different shot shapes. Also features great teepads and is generally very very well maintained - truly a joy to play.
@patoriku
Time to update this review as this course has come on in leaps and bounds. Without a doubt one of the top courses in Scotland, and I am confident in saying, one of the best in the UK. Beautiful, challenging, and most of all fun! Bring a wide variety of discs as you will need them. 18 hole course with both pro and beginner tees and 9-hole par 3 up in the woods… plenty to improve your game and have a blast while doing so. The club who maintains are literally stellar. You will find friendly folks and bags of fun at Torvean. Get on out here and get your game on! Thanks to all who make this course awesome. You are awesome.
@albross
Really fun course with lots of variety. Some wooded holes and some open shots but all have some difficulty to them. Well maintained! Would definitely recommend.
@dfiorino
Gorgeous! It’s a must-play if you’re in the area. Scoreable from the longs for intermediate/advanced players. challenging enough that I wish I could go back and play again and again. Had short tees and 9 extra woods holes that I didn’t play. Use UDisc and GPS to save you some time navigating.
@bogeyjoey
Yank here, great course. Just wish it didn’t throw over the walking path as much. Love hole 18
@jacg435
Fantastic course. Played there in the summer and forgot to review. Very pretty, challenging and fun shots and a good community.
@jensendr99
I travelled here from Colorado, United States to play this course and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend this course to anyone near the area or traveling to Scotland.
@kefear69
Lovely place :) First 2 holes will trick you into thinking it will be an easy one but it gets much trickier!
@kfsmeds
fun mix of wooded and open holes. good variety of shots and well maintained. the locals were very friendly and showed us around. would recommend if you are in the area!
@ramjet1945
Great course! New improvements are fabulous. Woods holes great. Played every course they had, the full 18. The Nessie 9 & the WoodHenge (although in the summer they should call it NettleHenge). All of them great fun. Obvious that the local club cares a great deal about the sport and are actively working to make improvements as they can. A great experience.
@cbrasher
I absolutely LOVED this course. The design was perfect for the park, it was enjoyable yet challenging as well. Coming over from the States to Scotland I was hoping to find a great disc golf course and I found a wonderful one!
