Good conditions
Pretty swampy in a few areas but the main fairways and paths are clear and dry. A few trees down that can make the rough even more challenging
A short but challenging course on site at True Timber. This is a gem of a property tucked between two railroad tracks, not what you expect to find in the middle of the city: beautiful woods, creek, and field factor into play.
Red(beginner), White (intermediate), and Blue (advanced) layouts are all marked and playable. ***Construction is still in progress, finishing up adding mulch to tees, building stairs for a few hillside climbs, adding bridges/creek crossings.***
Year-long memberships are available for $125, which includes access to course play on the weekends, and other perks of the facility (*one year from the time you sign up for a membership).

Super awesome layout. Love the different shots and cool variations on baskets and pads. Best pads of any richmond course, tee signs are awesome and informative for not only the course but for the nature setting as well as historical info of the property. Not a big fan of this membership system, but whatevs.
