Clearly the less scenic and well-maintained of the two Tylers, but I absolutely love the way this course uses elevation changes, and thats one of my favorite things for a course to do. The short tees are a little small, and the signage is more than a little worn, but all-in-all, its a great course.
@leaht16
Beautiful park!! 😍 The long tees to C pins were worth playing! Here for the yetter tourney and loving the layout
@sassamanr1
Great challenge!
@dantebuell
Great course all around. Good variety and technical shots. Fairways are maintained well. Signage around course is very helpful.
@hankflynn
It’s a great course. Everyone that plays it knows it. They just have to keep up on UDisc whenever they move the baskets. Each hole has three different basket locations, so it matters. But always a good round.
@hyoomac
Compared to the East course, West has thicker woods and a lot more elevation change. West isn’t as beat-in. It’s a more rugged play, but it’s no less a course than East. The combination of thicker woods, more elevation, and fewer “short” holes makes West equal, if different, in challenge. If you’re playing them back-to-back, you might start with West, to handle the more physically taxing course first. Detailed review at dgcoursereview.com
@karlseitz
Most challenging course I’ve ever played!! All baskets in C position today - absolutely deadly. Long tees are for the professionals and the short tees are for experts. Looking forward to playing East tomorrow and for some shorter basket placements next time.
@kindofblue
Great course. Just needs better baskets and more consistent teepads to be 5*. Also a great workout with the elevation.
@matthew720
Very challenging track, tight woods and elevation. Forgot how hard it plays.
@nugitmaster
Excellent course along with East. Like west better tho. Less walking between holes and birdies felt more attainable. Beautiful well kept course. 100% would recommend. Shorts are not beginner friendly. I’d say this is a mid to high level course
@mitchellgill17
Hole 27 in the C pin location has to be the stupidest par four I have ever played. And I’ve played a lot of stupid par fours
@dkelly18
Definitely like the east side more. It’s better maintained and is a lot less elevation change. I would recommend playing west first then deciding if you wanna play east.
@maberardi
Make sure you use UDisc and not the course signs to find your way. Also take a picture of the sign in the front that tells you where all the baskets are.
@lukewiththebuzz
Played here about 100 times and the new changes were really fun today
@puddleduck
Wow. Absolutely love the 5 (that I noticed) big changes. New long tee on hole 20: you want to rip one down hill but beware the tight gap just ahead of the old tee. Hole 26 new long basket well past the "mound" makes for a punishing hole. The new tees and basket locations on holes 34 & 36 and completely new hole 35 finish West out in style! With so many different options with tees and basket locations, Tyler West is fast becoming one of the best courses in eastern PA along with Tyler East. Only minor beef I have is with the slightly too short tee on hole 19, but I don't care - I am entirely impressed with the new look at West. Thanks to all who give their time and energy to make this beast what it is today. Come check it out!
@dpinho
Amazing course great upkeep huge variety of holes plenty of parking great bathrooms plus right near chik fil a
@baxdiscer62
Beautiful scenery, well kept fairways with plenty of challenges—what more could you ask for. Very technical with plenty of trees and elevation. Basket settings are on tee signs but did not match Smart Layouts on UDisc. Not for true beginners, but ok for everyone else.
