Good for some practice but not worth a 15 Minute or longer drive. There are side walks that run through holes 1,3, and 4. It is only a problem on 3. If you live close it a good way to practice.

Nice little 4 hole course across the quad tucked away at uc blue ash. Beautiful campus grounds. Hole 4 has a grate next to basket I've had to lift to get a disc out of before. If your in the area it's a nice space to get some practice in and get creative with some safari holes. Occasionally students will walk through the quad for classes but I did not find it to be a hindrance when I was there. The udisc app has the course in an alternate layout but I prefer it over playing from tee 1 to 4.
