Very cool elevation differences and nice layout. Lost two discs and found four as the rough is incredibly unforgiving. Don't come here unless you're super accurate, don't mind losing discs, or have spotters. Hole 6-9 are unplayable at the moment.
@kortsy
The best hole out here is the practice basket. This WAS the best course in Rochester, but it clearly has not been upkept at all recently. No fairways, 1.5 hours for 6 holes
@freebird22
Course could be great but upkeep was not great when we played..
@jrhoovs99
The course was great last time I played 2 years ago. This was the worst course I’ve played this year by far. Doesn’t look like it’s been mowed since the last time I played. The baskets have weeds growing through them. The fairways are nonexistent. A couple holes we had to skip because there’s nothing but 3 feet of overgrown brush between the teepad and the basket. We were lucky enough to only lose 4 discs though.
@karlruggaber
Better wear pants the grass is deep
@kmfarrell
Stay on the fairway or else. Very scenic!
@ricketycricket
Very easy to lose discs
@okelley17
Course hasn’t been mowed. I hope it gets cleaned because I loved playing here
@bashman9000
Not kept well. Green and rough almost the same, lost 2 discs on the green
@jdipronio2
Great open course with challenging elevation! Just needs a little better signage between holes.
@aarpag1023
Great course. Very unique and very challenging due to high under brush and grass, lost a couple discs for 20 min until I found them. Found a few other discs as well so do use your favorite on some of these holes. Bring a couple “junk discs”. Pros: great scenery. Very open yet challenging (due to changing elevation). Literally in an apple orchard. Tees are well marked. Holes are in great shape Cons: LONG walk to the first tee from the parking lot. Very over grown. Tee pads not great.
@tylerthetryhard
Unmet potential This has the potential to be a premier destination course. The design works with the landscape really well, and there are challenges for all skill levels. That being said, it needs work. Fairways are somewhat maintained but get long in places. If you throw into the rough, you’re likely to lose your disc: grass/brush are over 5ft in some places. I want so badly to claim this as my home course, but I won’t be going back until the property owner gets the growth under control.
@tooxthedark1
I believe the apple farm closed down
@joliver94
Tournament-level course! Just needs a few extra hands with maintenance. It's just one guy (Chris) running everything over here. Beautiful scenery, currently unforgiving rough, and some tall fairway as well. For intermediate skill level and above.
@tehinternet
I was playing for free and gave up after nine holes. PROS: They let you play for free in the summer it looks like. Nice country vibe and away from busyness. Has a lot of potential to be a nice challenging course if maintained. CONS: Many signs listed an A and B basket with both a red and a blue tee off area, so four different measurements to the hole. In reality I was only seeing 1 basket, no idea if a or b, and one unmarked teepad. Fairways are 1' deep in weeds, and too easy to lose a disc.
@keithkola
This course is unplayable outside of April
@jacksonbackus
Suits the power players well. Every shot is into the wind somehow. Makes you very hungry.
@pacmanthehemi
Nice course. Thanks for letting us play still. A little wet and musty but not too bad since this is an outside sport. Just don’t wear your church shoes and be prepared to look for your disk now and then
@voliver120
Be prepared to lose a disc but very pretty course
@keggerific
Gorgeous course, great tee signs, and tee pads are 8/10. The rough is rough but the fairways are fair.
