It's a fine small town course. Yes, if anything is going on (mainly baseball) , it's probably not playable. But the course itself isn't terrible.

Easy course (too easy) course needs maintained better, some of the baskets have foliage growing up through the baskets. Plays next to ball fields but you should be able to not go into them. That's about the only thing that gives this course some difficulty. Hole 6 tee pad is buried in the brush.

Ball fields and soccer fields come into play if being used.
