Pretty easy course even from the longs but also moderately fun. The baskets are premium! Holes 13-15 were very gimmicky, and then getting to hole 16 without fighting off giant spiders was impossible. Speaking of spiders... I had to walk the course waving a stick in front of me. They were EVERYWHERE. the signs on pretty much every hole are right in the way. Would like to see them all moved more than a foot away from the tees. Overall.... "meh" would be mt review. Has potential but clearly needs to be broken in more.

Good course with a few very great holes and demanding shots, however the back nines less than stellar design hurts a great experience from the front 9.

Challenging wooded course, holes 12-13 seem kind of cheap but no one said it was suppose to be easy

Two hole 13 and 14 I believe don't have a valid line to get to the hole but over all course was lot of fun.

The course is fun with a variety of shots. Hole 1 throws next to and over a main road, which I never like doing. Had a disc kick and end up in the road. Holes 2-11 are really great and well designed to challenge shot shaping and distance. The back 9 are mostly short with some strange lines. Maybe with a couple of trees removed the course could easily be a 4.5 or better. Two pads on many holes except the back part of the course.

This is a woods course be aware of spider webs, snakes, and other wildlife. Also there are still 2 years in and I guess they are just not gonna remove the rest of the trees that are needed to be cut down so you have true lines there are at least 3 holes on back 9 that don’t have real lines to the basket. I really thought that when they did all the work to get this course put in they would also finish cutting the trees next time I play I’ll post pictures to maybe I’m just not seeing it. Otherwise great course best in Dothan!

Fun track. Good mix of open and wooded holes. Mostly shorter par 3s but there are a few holes you can rip on. All in all a fun layout and worth playing. Just keep an eye out on what events are going on as I'm sure it could be a little hectic when ball games are going on.

I really enjoyed playing the course. I felt like there were a few holes where there were too many trees in the middle of the fairway. Overall one of my favorite courses in the Dothan area.

My husband and I came up to play today. It was an easy course to find. All together is great set up. We are in no way a pro player but also we are not new to the sport. The front 9 holes were simple straight and⁢ beginner friendly. You could see every basket from the tee pad. If you can throw staight you can par 1-9. The back nine were a little more tempting to the seasoned player. Had some distance some elevation and some lines that had to be figured out. You needed control and some skill to par the back nine. Thank you for the hard work. concrete tee pads are perfect. Signs are exact . Trash cans are place nicely. I figure some benches are coming since it is a brand new course. I am glad i brough my rubber discs, used them on the elevation holes on the back 9 so they would not roll down the hills.

This is an extremely wooded course. There is a lot of rough brush when you come off the fairway. The tee pads are okay, just a bit narrow. Also, the tee signs are way to close to the tee pads and can affect the run up. If they remove some of the trees that look like they are marked removal, it would be a great help

Very heavily wooded course it looks like they're going to be taking out some tree soon and when they do it'll be a lot better.

Great hard course, still needs a little clean up. Some of the holes are not well thought out. Overall if they remove a few trees it would be golden.

Good roots, just need to figure out the wooded pitch/putt that aren’t skill/fun holes, just poke and hope. (Looks like some trees are marked for removal which would help.) Rework/cleanup of 1, 13-15, 18 would make this course a solid 4. Tee pads are really skinny. This course took me on a rollercoaster or emotion. First impression β€œwow, that’s a nice practice basket” Hole 1 - β€œDid they add extra light poles for this or did they just want to make a weird hole” Hole 2-12 - pretty excellent and challenging. 13-15 - β€œwhat was the course designer thinking, this is bad” 16,17- is it’s going to get good again…. 18- welp

I sure hope they don’t cut a bunch of trees down. It’s a new course. Let nature do her thing. It’s called Walton Woods. If you don’t like a challenge, go find a pitch and putt an open field.

So much fun playing the shorts. If you are intermediate and can throw forward and backhand, it’s a blast with some fun lines. Besides hole 9, there are clear gaps to hit, although very small. Mostly wooded. Not too hard to find your disc in the bushes. The course flow is top notch, and can see the tee pads from the previous basket

Beautiful property but the design really needs some work. It gets off to a nice start but then just becomes far too gimmicky to be enjoyable. Hopefully they’ll cut down some trees on the back 9. That would help a lot.

It hasn’t gotten any easier with time. The lines are very specific and must be played with professional accuracy.

Great mix of open and technical, fun and balanced 18 holes. Get some brooms for the tee pads and cut a few more trees and it’s perfect
