"This is an amazing course, but very hard. The first course is however, much better in every way. The first is, easier, has better scenery, and more fun/achievable obstacles. This one has a lot farther/trickier obstacles; hurts as a beginner, but is still overall fun. "

"One of the best courses in North East Tennessee, both the Cliffside and Lakefront layouts. Both layouts offer a nice variety of shots and setting. Generally, the Cliffside is less strenuous and more wooded, though the lines are tight and challenging. The Lakefront layout is more strenuous, but worth it in it's own right - the holes demand less precision and are a little more fun (i.e. bomber shots) than the Cliffside layout. Can get crowded, especially on the weekend."

"Not a huge fan of the new layout. But I do like the change of it instead of only having 27holes"

"Cliffside- Tough layout. First 2 holes the new teepads have turf but are sketchy with roots and holes under turf and fairways are large gravel roads that will damage disc. Needs signs to 4’s Tee. If you walk around and not cut through middle of hole the trail is not cart friendly. Leave cart at Hole 4 basket and walk down fairway. Once Cliffside course has been played more it will be a fun and challenging. "

"Played the Cliffside course. It's pretty freshly made, so there's still a lot of brush piles, rough fairways, and outdoor carpet tee boxes. Course design is definitely not for beginners- wide mix of ace runs, long drives, and doglegs. Multiple basket locations on several of the holes. "

"Course is very difficult to follow, cant find hole 14. Course is beautiful but they need to uodate their holes and how to get there."

"Decent course overall. It presents a lot of different shot shapes, and you definitely need a controlled forehand. If you have never played here before, I suggest playing with somebody who has. There is no signage on the course! I spent more time lost rather than playing. Some of the tee pads are very short and I had trouble on some holes (I take extra steps). Overall a decent course, but if I'm going to drive over an hour, I'd rather go to Sugar Hollow."

"absolutely awesome Tennessee course. it has tons of elevation. lots of technical shots. 27 holes to play. The course could definitely needs new par signs! otherwise a beautiful course utilizing natural landscape such as big rocks ravines streams trees etc.!"

"Udisc maps aren't up to date. Holes have 2 pin locations per hole but there's nothing marked at the tee pad to let you know which pin position is in. Fun design lots of ace runs, I only played 1-18. Tee pads are shorter than normal size. "

"The holes themselves are fun but the layout on holes 20-27 is really hard to follow. I just played the last 9 holes and it seemed that 21 and 27 had been switched from what is on UDisc in the main course layout. Good hole design but easy to get lost if it is your first time."

"Beautiful course. Course signage needs an update and that will help with the navigation problems around hole 6. But, ultimately this course plays like a dream. Left hand hyzer throwers will love this gem. SO MANY RIGHT FADES. State park is gorgeous and they’ve built it in so you get a great hike through the land. Baskets are nice. People are friendly. Great course. Can’t wait to bring a friend. "

"Somewhat difficult 27 hole course in a beautiful state park. Some tough tree lines and tough open shots also. Usually busy on weekends. Biggest complaint would be a few missing benches and the lingering mud after a rain. The back nine is a hike so take that into consideration if you’re tired after 18."

"Beautiful course with great wildlife (lots of deer), great elevation changes, mixed variety of wooded and open grass. Navigating to some of the holes came be difficult at times if you have never played so use this app! It just needs arrows at the baskets for directions to the next hole. If it had arrows I would have given it 5 stars!!!"
