The course has potential. Tee pads are small made of cobblestone, but have weeds growing in the sand between stones, and this is based on me having only played the front 9 (had to leave early) Multiple signs are located at the left front corner of the tee pad, in some cases obstructing right-hand back hand drives. Signs need to be put before the tee pads, oriented to match the hole and updated to reflect proper pars and obvious OB. Hole specifics. The fairways for Holes 5 and 8 overlap in opposing directions. Not sure if this can be fixed, but it would likely be a pinch point during a tournament. If I recall, 5 could have fairway cut further in. Hole 8 could offer a high risk high reward line to the right of a tree midfairway if the tree was trimmed and a low/dead branches on the backside was removed. Hole 9 need mulch over very muddy walk path. The signs needs to be planted again (its lying on the ground by the bridge. Hole 12 tee pad does not match Udisc. Hole 13 needs a tee pad and the sign planted. (The sign was leaning on a tree just into the ruff. Hole 14 had players throw over the pond and walk path which is asking for trouble. The tee pad would be better served put on the same side of the creek as the basket to prevent injury to pedestrians. There is a very long walk back from playing 15 through 18.
@trreese
14-18 need a complete redesign. 14 throws over a blind bike path, and continues along side it another 200ft. 15-17 have 10ft wide pathways as fairways with dense prairie grass all around. 18 same issue only there is no fairway... You play putter on either side of the bike path landing in 3ft wide grass. Remove 14-18 and this becomes 3.5 maybe a 4 for the rest of the shot varieties but that ending was unsafe at best.
@thedrill
Decent course up until 16-18. Unless you like looking for discs in tall prairie grass. Luckily it’s dead right now and navigable, but probably a nightmare in the summer months.

First of all, this is a great track. Most of the holes are unique, some are very pretty, all will test golf skills. Unfortunately, I don't think I've ever played a course with worse infrastructure. Some of the holes have 30+ yr old, single chain mach 1 baskets. The tee pads are kid sized, being overgrown, and slippery even in the droest conditions, but in a floodplain there's usually some degree of moisture on a lot of the course. It's obvious trees haven't been trimmed in years, some lines are completely unplayable in the summer months. And the WORST part. In those summer months the back 4 holes play through a big meadow, where the grass grows chest high, and the fairways are a mowed walking path. The baskets are invisible and you will be looking through brutal rough if you don't pin the 350-425' shots off the tee. All that said, it's a fun course, I'd gladly play it again in the winter/spring months when the grass is down and some lines open back up.

15-18.........BAD
@marciniak1
Awful town, bad course
@landonstruchen
Front 9 flows well, good course for beginners. Back 9 feels unplanned. Course could use a complete redesign and basket upgrade on a few holes.
@masonryleytyler
Teepads are slanted, signs are misleading, and the last 4 holes are not designed well and the fairways have lots if small stumps to trip over
@baitbucketsnj
New holes are nice, need to level tee areas. Hole 18 is worst hole design ever. Plus need to rearrange holes to not end 3/4 mile from parking lot.
@resultedbeast99
Needs a little updating on teas. Other than that I’d say solid course.
@mattyk9
This is a good course that takes advantage of the property it is on. Some bomber holes towards the end. Looooong walk back to the car is the only downside. The course doesn't get played unfortunately because it's a neat one. Worth the stop if you're in the area, better than Ft Dodge.
@xakaakx
Decent variety and good use of elevation. Good mix of long and short. Definitely worth playing if you are in the area. Not a ton of amenities but the flow is good and there isn't much danger of losing discs. Fun course if you are in the area.
@jflaws3
Great technical front 9 that’s was fun to play. However, the last 3 holes are insanely hard. Especially the distance for beginner throwers over tons of Prairie grass.
@calring
14 and 18 are unsafe and should be redesigned. Like the new 18 overall definitely glad to see the course revived from the original 9
@lincolnlasourd
9 holes, front 4 are out in the open with the creek coming into play and the huge hill as well. Baskets on the front 4 need some work. Old and single chain but get the job done. Back 5 are no longer than 300ft and are wooded with some open fairways. Baskets on the back 5 are different from the front 4 and are incredibly nice. 9 more holes will he added in the summer of 2019.
