Actually not a bad course for working on your approach game, or for a "glow round" as the lights were left on the evening we showed up (and there was baseball practice nearby so it felt pretty safe to play). I do think the par was set for middle school age players, but every hole is the equivalent of a par 3. The first time I visited this course in the summer, the grass was knee high, but for my visit in February, the grass was well maintained. I'm guessing it's best to visit during the school year, just not during school hours, of course. I do think it's a decent course for what it is, it does lack tee pads and way finding, but it does have decent tee signs and good approach shot shapes. If you have a child or working on your approach game, this is a decent spot. PS Holes 1, 5, 6, and 9 are great practice woods holes too.
