About the course

Beginner-friendly 9 hole course (concrete tees) with alternate holes (artificial turf tees) for full 18 round. Elevation mixed with woods, creek and open shots. WEEKLY MINIS Every Wednesday⁴ Hosted by: DALLAS DISC GOLF CLUB a Nonprofit Organization. Wednesdays - 6:15 SANCTIONED LEAGUE 9 baskets with two sets of tees (concrete and artificial turf tee pads) to make full 18 hole course. 2 practice baskets. Weichsel is a small park with a creek running down the center of the course. Lots of fun shots for both backhand and forehand play. There are a variety of shots including, uphill, downhill, left/right doglegs and open field shots.

Unfortunately as the course is set up right now, and because it's in a floodplain it is not friendly for those with limited mobility. Hopefully in the future this could change but there are currently no plans in the works to add the necessary bridges or paths to address accessibility issues.

Overgrowth was crazy, wouldn’t go again unless it got recently mowed and especially not if it just rained as it would be covered in mud. The planes flying directly overhead was cool. Best place for a video would hole 9 tee over by the basketball court.
