Good conditions
First 9 are mostly flat land with some trees and the river to navigate. The back 9 is a bit hilly but nothing too demanding. The course is relatively young so the newly planted trees have to mature which when that happens will definitely add to the difficulty of the course!

This course is really well designed. Every hole is challenging, and T pads are placed so the shots that you’re required to throw are difficult. Many turnover lines here. I really enjoyed my round. Just looking at the property, I didn’t expect to enjoy my round so much, but this course brings a lot of great challenge.

Very nicely mowed. Fun course. Decent shot variety. A little overlap in terms of fairways at a few spots but some really fun shots as well. A very fun time.
