It’s windy most of the time. Play early then go to the beach. Or play late after a few dives. This course has been described as having dangerous land. Hmmm are you up for the challenge? To play the course is to flirt with danger. The wind will force you to think where to place your up shot. You need to putt with the wind. It can be done. The terrain is harsh. Again you must think where to place your drive. Placement is more important then distance here. I have only beat the course once. Light wind and a little luck. Are you up for the challenge of this The most challenging course on earth? In closing, it’s beautiful here with views of hills and sea. There are birds of prey White tail hawks, osprey, falcons. The desert plants may be harsh but let them blossom and you’re in for a treat. Keep an open mind and bring some over stable disc.

Wow! I’ve read all the reviews and feel this course is awesome. It’s the only course on the three Islands (Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao). Although it is 9 holes it’s designed to play 18 in a very unique way. When you finish 9, you sort of play it backwards. The flow works!!! Ok as for the course, the terrain is a little rough, rocky, hilly and prickly. The wind was no joke either. With that being said if you are a true disc golf enthusiast then this is a must play. I have some battle scars but everyone was worth it!!! I do have one request, create an 18 hole layout on UDisc. We will be back!!!

Treacherous but absolutely incredible. The course is not for the faint of heart but well designed, easy to find tee pads and baskets. Lots of prickers and wind! My only note - Needs an 18 hole layout on UDISC

The dedication David from Sol Food demonstrated in developing this course is truly remarkable. While the terrain presents some challenges, the breathtaking views and serene atmosphere are unparalleled. Increased player traffic is needed to maintain the course; therefore, we encourage you to borrow discs from David during your next visit to Sol Food (the food is excellent) and enjoy a round or two. My son extends his sincere gratitude for the enjoyable experience and especially appreciates the Sol Food branded disc David generously provided. Thank you again for your considerable efforts in establishing the island's only disc golf course.

1st this course is amazingly beautiful laid in a valley of sorts on the tip of a peninsula at the north end of the island. The natural beauty laid before you will bite though, it is a desert environment so good soled shoes and place your shots is definitely of utmost importance. Course layout was well marked and baskets easy to find.

For what it is, it’s fine. If it’s possible to wear long pants, do it - otherwise prepare to have your legs covered in scrapes from the thorns. Basically zero maintenance but they do have a full 18 holes (only 9 baskets tho). Worth playing if only to say you did.

A course like no other. Beautiful scenery in a hostile environment. Cactus lining the fairways and high winds forces you to place your shots accurately. Wear some good shoes and film your shots to make it easier to find your disc! Well worth the detour for a die hard disc golfer.

Great course given the location. The wind makes it very hard but is worth playing.

I played the entire course with a servo and rhyno and had a blast doing so. I've played plenty of windy/ inclement weather rounds but none so beautiful as this one. There's plenty of thorns and cacti to look out for but Dave must be commended on his use of the hills to introduce a variety of fun shots. Be prepared to watch your disc dance, enjoy the challenge of reading the wind and, embrace the fact that you're discing in the Caribbean! Check out Sol Food for some top tier food and ask Dave about the discs he has for sale; from what I know teebirds and rhynos with custom stamps are available. All baskets are brand new, teepads are smartly outlined with white pebble against the natural red earth and clean of any brush. If I vacation in Curaçao again I will absolutely be playing another round here.

Don't let the positive reviews fool you, this place is a hellscape. TSA will confiscate your disc grabber before you get on the plane here calling it an "extendable baton." There is no shade anywhere. There are vast swaths of thornbush and cactus that are impossible to enter of you disc goes in. The wind makes this course completely unplayable. Do not fool yourself, no amount of skill will make this course fun to play. It is punishing no matter how you look at it. The wind pushes your drives 100ft from where you intend. You will lose discs in thornbush "jungles". You will not have fun here, do not come.

Curacao has a disc golf course. Tucked away at what must be the midpoint of the stairway to heaven and the highway to hell, this Texas style track plays like an Indiana Jones choose your own adventure book. Born and bred in beauty. Northward the course runs up into a glen of shadows between two great rows of small mountains. To the southeast, beyond the shadows, under the sunburst sky, a challenging run of countryside that must be described as tough and rugged. Viewing west, the Caribbean Sea recides endlessly as far as sight can reach. Come late, exploration is an adventure but the sunset here is special. A tough and unique nine hole unlike any other. Trust me, this is your new favorite course.

You can reach the course by car easily using udisc map, it's on a public terrain, and it's free to play. Trekking under a scorching sun, so bring lots of liquid. The paths are somewhat rocky, so bring some good shoes preferably with hard soles.. Some thorny bushes off the path where tees, baskets and where you discs will land, so i suggest protective pants, jeans are ideal. Very windy, so cant throw too hard to lose your discs in thorny bushes. Aside from that, it's wide open. Enjoy!

Ok so here’s the deal. It’s a disc golf course, in the Caribbean, that you can play while on vacation. The experience itself was 5/5 for uniqueness (totally random location that looked like Mars) but the wind and cacti were almost unbearable. The wind itself forced so many of my throws straight in a cactus bush. We brought oven mitts to help retrieve them which helped a lot. Would I go back, yes, but on a less windy day (not sure if those exist based on the location)

Not a playable location. The spikes bushes and cactus are extremely dangerous and the wind makes putting impossible. I appreciate bringing the sport to curaçao but this is a bad representation of what the game can be.

Rocky and windy! Beautiful desert landscape with elevation changes. Thorny bushes and cacti everywhere - bring a long stick with a hook to retrieve discs after ill-aimed throws. Natural tees, home made baskets. Challenging, a good place to learn playing in windy conditions!
