@whaubner
Some of the holes lines are impossible due to upkeep of tree limbs and brush. If these were being maintained and the fairways just a little bit wider it would much more playable and much more enjoyable. This is an incredibly fun and difficult course that could just use a bit more manicuring to make it that much better!
@agentsmith630
If the tee pads were 2 ft longer, this course would be 5 stars
@christiandean
Get ready for a HIKE. Tons of elevation, difficult but fair holes. A couple absolutely iconic/scenic long downhill holes. Teepads could be better, would love it if all the teepads were similar to hole 1’s. Definitely worth it if you’re in the area (or if you’re not).
@bosspnut
Absolutely stunning
@davidtomlinson
This is a beautiful course. Especially since the new teepads were in stalled
@j4thelefty
Amazing! Flip City on steroids. Super tough and physically demanding. Super interesting lines. No hole is flat!
@edalbrock
I generally leave accurate ratings and my “half star” is no exception. The only reason I gave it half a star is because it requires to give it something I thing. Hole 1 belongs at a course in heaven. Perfect unique tee pad, challenging hyzer with the bonus birdie option if you successfully miss guardian trees, and the gorgeous elevated basket on a boulder designed structure. The other 23 holes require no skill and 100% luck. Lines don’t exist on this course and if anyone says “tHeY dO iF yOuRe gOoD” played there in the winter or spring. Lines are non existent requiring you to hit landing zones and get up and down for par at best. On top of there being ZERO RECEPTION, UDisc can’t be used for navigation. The office staff is awesome and provide a quick sketched map that will allow you to complete the course if you want to torture yourself long enough to do all holes. A birdie will happen only with a miracle or throw in. Each tee shot will leave you wondering if you are 3 feet from pin or 200. Morgan Wallen Says it best but your like a bobber on a pong going up down up down. Generally elevation adds a bit of challenge to a course but on a messed up design of a course like this the hills just add to the negative nature that is Whiskey Creek. This course needs work. It needs legit lines, it needs larger fairways or obvious landing zones, it needs better markings from hole to hole, it needs to reward drives that pure an entire fairway. This States tournament contenders which pulls hundreds out of their pockets for travel and 3 day stay in Ludington deserve better.
@imhabers
Only gets attention around states time. Get ready to throw your understable mid a lot. Not worth paying for.
@toparks77
An absolutely awesome course! Tricky to follow in some places but not hard to navigate. A lot of trekking up and down hills. Awesome shot variety, scenic holes, challenging and scorable as well. A gem of a course that is definitely worth playing.
@randysingletary
Signage and amenities could be better. Cart rental would be bomb.
@rboschdiscgolf
Tee pads have alot to be desired. Very over grown. Tee signs give an idea of where the baskets are but I wouldn't say they were very helpfully.
@ckurdelski
Few hittable lines for even an advanced player. Beautiful course with tons of potential, needs a good trim. Great elevation, for MI
@francls
Great hole design, just needs better tee pads and a little grooming.
@cdavis17
Crazy elevation Bugs and black flies are pretty bad
@brodad
This course has the most potential of any course I’ve ever played but unfortunately its way over grown. They said they were going to be mowing the fairways this week but there are a lot of trees and bushes that need to be trimmed too. This course is 90% hills and the rough in June was very rough. The first few tee pads are amazing but after that they’re pretty bad, 3’x3’ old concrete pads most holes. Course was pretty easy to navigate but hole signage is bad and no cell service on att or Verizon
@potgeter
Used to be one of the best courses in the area, but the fairways and teepads have become too overgrown.
@purpledragon88
Tough and good courses. Bring lot of waters.
@rachelterryn
A few pads could be longer. Looked nice and trimmed up.
