"The base won't keep the fairways mowed/ upkeep is horrible because of that"

"This course is on a defunct ball golf course, so it is fairly wide open. But it makes good use of the trees and tree lines along the course. Also makes excellent use of the former cart paths as concrete and asphalt T pads. Very little elevation. Water comes into play on hole one only.
There is a fair amount of walking between most holes, but all on flat terrain. A great course for a cart. "
