Unique as it gets. Short but challenging holes with a couple pick me up birdies and some that make you throw with laser precision.

Williston is a good par 3 course. While I think they could have added a couple par 4s, the par 3s do present good challenges. There is a good amount of Ob, low ceilings, and tight/technical gaps that create a fair challenge. I gave it a strong 5 stars on scenery and a 4 on shot variety. I didn’t see any bathrooms during my round.

It was so good before hurricane Helene, it’s really sad that all the wooded holes are messed up, but still a fun challenge overall.

Water in play on most of the front nine which is fun, but keep your discs dry unless you want to swim in the muck. The holes with bamboo on the back nine are awesome. These aspects give the course lots of character that you don’t find most other places in South Carolina. The short tees are easy to reach for intermediate players, making low scores possible. The longer tees are a bit more challenging but still fun and reachable. Great course overall! Half a star removed for the amount of litter present on the course and in the water.

One of the best courses in South Carolina is hiding in Williston. Draw backs: Holes 1-6 have neighboring water hazards. Bad throw and bye-bye disc. With conservative tosses, or generous drop 😉, this is remedied. Course likely can’t avoid it; but be informed ahead of time, BUT, worth the play … holes continue to be exciting, very well designed as worthy of challenge and doable par threes. Love holes 7, 15, and 16. Easy to find holes without U-disc. Park near tennis court, can see hole 1 tee-pad; 18 ends just a short walk on other side of courts.

From a new player perspective the course is beautiful and fun. Several initial water holes are intimidating. Several holes are marked as having short and long baskets but never saw this to be the case. Great signage and nice mix of open and wooded. Nice concrete tee pads might be a little small for anyone with a big run up. Lots of fun.

What a great course! We’ll taken care of. Beware though! There’s a local gang that tries to run off outsiders and even steal your disc from the middle of the field! They need to go back to Canada. Silly geese!

Great little gem of a course for a small town community park. The expansion to an 18-hole course was done well, imo. Nice use of woods with good shot variety (including the bamboo forest). Fun to play. Recommended.

Back 9 are a lot of fun, love the surprise bamboo grove. The front 9 gave me anxiety with all the water that was too merky to track a disc so I played so very safe and as a result it wasn’t that much fun.

What some call “technical” others call gimmicky. Some straight shots in the woods, others have several trees in the middle of the fairway and you just have to throw and hope you get through.

A 10 hole water-free layout (8 thru 17) with short or long options has been added for those of us that don't like water shots or having to play around fishermen. I really like this layout and can usually play 2 rounds rather quickly since this portion of the course is rather compact, but challenging.
