Practice basket: No Parking situation: A small lot but plenty of parking further down if full Number of holes: 18 Difficulty level: Intermediate+ (beginners will be challenged with accuracy and distance off the tee) Cart friendly: Very friendly Water Dangers: None Other Dangers: Tall grass on the roughs, ant hills, and random holes Bathrooms/Water Fountains: No to both Tee areas: One set, turf tee pads Benches: 3-4 of them, needs more Trashcans: A few spread out, mostly towards the front 9 Signage/Wayfinding: some signs atm and decent at wayfinding, definitely use UDisc to find your way Overall Rating: 4/5 Rating Reason: It’s a very nice and fun course with lots of potential to be one of the highest rated in the area. Has a few bomber holes and some gaps to hit as well as an island green and 2 holes that are kinda gimmicky but other than that it’s a decent course that just needs a few more things (listed below) to make it a 5 star course Improvements: A practice basket, more benches, a few more Trashcans on the back 9, as well as mowing more frequently Other Notes: There’s a guy who sells disc there on Sundays so that’s cool(cash only) and definitely use the bathroom before coming, some good food/brewery options in the area as well

Lovely course nestled into the background area of the university. Be cautious of the ant piles secretly planted in some of the fairways. I lost an orange champion eagle with my info and name on it on hole 8 left side top right side of the tree where the gap starts to form. You’ll see a basketball in the same tree lol lost a 2nd disc champion baby blue roadrunner on hole 16 by the left side tall grass area , maybe 45-65 feet past the basket. 10$ reward for each disc returned !

Currently looks awesome!! The course was mowed and in incredible shape. I’ve played it probably 10 times and this is the best it’s looked so far. Would love to see it kept up to this level
@princelayup
Minus the gimmick hole its alright I guess.
@bernchip5110
In reality, it’s a 4, but if I see a 4 on UDisc I’m pretty turned off. This course is solid. It’s definitely more for beginners because there’s no real trouble, especially if you choose to play no OB. Just a bit repetitive with straight shots. Hole 15 is a joke. I’d definitely play again tho.
@alexgoodson
SUPER gimmicky designed course. Bunch of poorly designed holes with like 4 of the best disc golf holes I’ve ever played. Overall kind of an ass course. Especially being right beside Winthrop lakefront.
@adamlarson99
Little too gimmicky for my taste. Well maintained, decent design, just not a fan of 3, 13 or 15.
@screwattack
Simple fun course with a few long holes. And some very unique ones.
@lschopmeyer
Great course had a lot of fun shots very good for all players
@drfrisb
Great course, super fun layout. Awesome job on this course by the guys at INNOVA
@musicman1968
This can easily be a top 100 in the World. I love the layout. I love the sunken basket. When both courses are open people will flock to this course.
@discgolfcraig
Fun, simple layout. Reminds me of Catawba Meadows (Morganton) and Dolly Cooper (Greenville, SC).
@mstrjollo
Fun warm up for Gold.
@jamescollins
Love the changes for the college tourney! Great course got better! Lets go UNCC!!!
@kwiksilver91
Fun. Not too challenging
@jstoner
Keep this course permanent! Hole 13 should be a par 4
