About the course

Wolf Knob, a par 58 disc golf gem designed by John Houck, offers a unique playing experience along the northern edge of Mammoth Cave National Park. Known for its technical layout, the course features heavily wooded sections, significant elevation changes, and a welcome mix of open holes. Players will appreciate the on-site pro shop and convenient parking. For overnight stays, The Hickory Cabins provide a comfortable option. Please note that a signed waiver at the pro shop is required and a $6 players fee.

History

Wolf Knob was created 2017 as a temporary course. In 2020 John Houck was contracted to design Mammoth Cave DGC and redesign Wolf Knob. In 2021 we started work on Wolf Knob and it was completed June 2022.

Friendly owner and staff, out working on more holes! Great Topography & Mixed wooded / Open / Long / Short holes. I Played here 12 to 18 months ago,, since then directional signs have been added, helped a Lot! Future plans incl. Tent camp sites & RV / vehicle spaces and bath house. WELL, with the $6 each to play, after added holes are playable make it $10
