A great course that plays along a hiking trail. With the new tee pads and signs this course is in great condition! The “back-half” of the Oakland Mills 18. There is a bit more walking distance between holes but it gives you time for a breather and to take in the beautiful scenery. A wonderful course and would definitely play again!

Nice little wooded course to play for beginners and veterans. Short shots but don't be fooled, they can be tricky. Nice walking path to each hole and they are still working on the course to make it even more enjoyable. Great place to stop in and play. Thank you to the course designer who was out working and filled us in on someone the course details. We will be back.

The course overall was good. It would help having more signs in between the holes as there are offshoot trails that you could get lost in.

It’s only nine holes starting on hole 10 going to 18 so that was confusing. Lots of potential though only drawback is it. The holes are all short they have room to make them all longer and if they did, it would definitely be a five star but it is still Worth checking now. I’m very glad I stopped and played it. It is a great course for those that want to learn how to play in the woods.

Nice course. Technical tight lines. The woods seem intimidating. The canopy is tick so the undergrowth is thin. Nice baskets l, upkeep is good. I will play again.

The “wooded back 9” course cleanup makes this a hidden gem. Oakland Mills is a destination location with the striking scenery along the river bluff.

Very challenging course. A lot of recent course cleanup by locals. New concrete teepads are installed and signage and some new placements will have this a 4+ star rated course and one of southeast Iowas nicest wooded courses in the area. This course is one of the top 5 courses within 75miles.
