Wycliffe DGC is #2 in BC and found just south of Kimberly. It is montane forest of tall pines and open grassland below which lends to great “natural” fairways. A variety of shot shales required coupled with lots of elevation, especially on 18, makes this a fun course to play. There is an overuse of OB on some holes actual makes the holes easier if you throw an errant shot.
@studro
Best in BC!!
@joakimbj
Very impressive course, that demands all type of shots. A lot of holes offer both short and longer tees, which is a great feature for making this a good experience for everyone. Also met Tim on the course, superfriendly guy that handles a lot of the thing happening on this course. This is definitely worth a visit, and I’ll visit again when I’m back in Canada!
@dirkpho
Half star off for 18
@peterbarron
One of the best courses you’ll ever play. It’s a good workout too.
@stevefilippou
Great course, some very interesting holes, definitely needs some brush cleared and tee maps at red tees if it wants to keep its top 5
@travispilgrim
Excellent course. 10 out of 10. Enough said.
@repugnant
Hard to judge this one. Fantastic lines and top notch golf. However… I don’t love how rubber pads wear, the lack of water availability means you need to plan ahead (I did not) States cart friendly. I had my doubts and was correct the terrain and paths not super well suited for carts. Certainly could be a 5/5 and not the level of details that I expect from a 5 star course.
@cougar
Really beautiful course that winds through the mountain! Has a mix of uphill and downhill shots with some cool par 4’s. Really scenic course!
@stealthcorp
Great course with good layout and decent challenges. I played whites here for the first time and will play again if I’m in the area! Some signs missing and some holes wasn’t sure where to play with some shared and separate tee pads. Udisc helped.
@benrichardson
Gotta be one of the best in the west. Super fun, interesting, and uses the wood and elevation brilliantly. A must play
@jeremster
Beautiful course. Well kept and clearly marked holes with a terrific mix of shots. So far my favorite in Canada.
@marcdeon
Almost been to 50 courses. This is the best one, and the only 5 star rating I've given. Long, challenging, amazing. Almost reason enough to move here.
@saltyteej
Best course in western Canada. Changes just keep making it better. Nice work.
@csmedisc
Wow. Incredible course! Design, pin location, difficulty, tees and signage are all amazing!
