About the course
Welcome to Ymergårdens DGC! Here you will find 18 + 9 well maintained holes with several layouts, putting area with three baskets and a throwing net for warm up.
On the Gold course you have two layouts, Gold and Silver. Mainly Gold is using the back tees and on some holes long basket position. The Silver uses from tee and short basket positions. The only exemptions are hole 6 where Silver is using the long tee. We recommend Gold for the experienced advanced/pro players and Silver for all others.
This course has hosted several Swedish Championships, National tour, SDGPT, European tour and year 2024 also DGPT Elite Event. In 2026 the Swedish Open at Ymergårdens DGC will be back as an DGPT Elite Event!
The Red 9-hole course is a separate course on Udisc. This is recommended for families and beginners and as warm up for Silver and Gold.
Upgrades done/ongoing/planned for 2026:
New front tee on hole 1.
Fairway improvements on hole 9, 10, 11 and 13.
Several greens and walking paths between the holes will also be improved and more.

History
The course was founded when the local disc golf club merged with IK Ymer and became IK Ymer frisbee. The course was originally designed back in 2008 but finalized in its first shape May 2010. Over the years it has been developed and improved and in 2020-2021 most part of the originally back nine was removed and new holes were designed and built to replace them. Original hole 12-18 was located on the x-country skiing area and to avoid season collisions new areas, mainly in the woods northeast of the course was explored and developed and extended to what it is today. The only holes that remain as is from its originals are hole 1 gold, 3 silver, and 15. All other holes have been redesigned or been added since then. The biggest challenge has been to create current hole 7-13 that has been carved out from thick woods. 1000 and 1000 of volunteer hours has been put into the course but both support from the local government and sponsors has made it to what it is today. The green fees are essential for the course existence and coming development.
