**WARNING: Local Favorite Rating Inflation** Typical TX disc golf throwing in the wind under low limbs. More boring though with only one tee and one pin. Worse yet is an old school crowded layout with holes too close to each other, and tees way too close to previous pins. I would never play this course again in my travels, and if I lived in Austin would probably only play again for a special event with friends.

@brianphillips
Nice tee pads and tee signs.. several fairways seem to run close together.. for a big park i would have thought that but it does.. several shots are the same set ups.. its not a bad course just not great

@gwight21
Really solid course. Easy at times but still some challenging holes to go and play!

@anthonypasek
Better than most Par 54 courses for sure. Only course I have played in the area so the Hill Country style is new to me but I really enjoyed the design of this course. Perhaps because I am partial to Houck's style but still worth a play regardless.

My son and I had our first experience with disc golf here on Zilker in 2017 - I remember the course being much more difficult and I'm sure it has been redesigned possibly? Nonetheless, it was another great experience with Austin DG Scene and I thoroughly enjoyed playing here!

@gloper13
Come on, this is Zilker. It is history in the sport. It is well loved and well worth playing.

@discrabbit
Very well maintained pitch and putt. Good course for developing players and for fun casual rounds. Advanced players will be a bit frustrated by the lack of challenge and low diversity in required shot types.

@cntbg23
Dope park course with the usual beautifully designed fairways and greens you expect from the master course Designer. Beginner friendly.

@litothebandido
Everything still looks great!

@connorapainter
Legendary park-style course with many faithful local players. All par 3s, minimal elevation change, very scoreable. Not the most spectacular course in the area, but an essential Austin disc golf experience.

@dingersonly
Fun course. Good scenery. Nice tees. Biggest negative is the very repetitive shots.

@papaleche
Historic, classic, must-play Austin course. Just make sure to avoid it at 6PMish on weekdays.

@anothen
Great easy course, lots of open holes on the back 9 so windy days can be an issue. Is paid parking occasionally ($5, some weekends and during events at the park).

@bobbytrees
Some tee signs need to be replaced and it would be nice to have some legit bathrooms.
