About the course

Newly installed championship level turf tee pads. The course currently offers 2 main layouts (1 tee pad 2 baskets). The "Red Devil" layout is a short but challenging par 62 design. Advanced players will be looking to stack birdies, and maybe even a couple eagles, but every hole provides opportunity for scoring separation as bad shots can get punished. The "Maverick" layout is also a par 62 providing more elevation changes, tighter lines, and brings the scenic creek/lake into play on over half the holes. The course is mostly wooded with accuracy and shot placement being more important than overall distance. New signage just added! Additional layouts and improvements in the works. *Invite only* Park at the lower athletic field by the “senior rock” to start on hole 9 or walk to lake to start on hole 1. This is a prime example of what disc golf should be! Creekside is a true work of love for the sport and a passion to play. Cultivated holes through nature's beauty as if they had been there since the forest began. The recent additions of sturdy teepads, and ample signage make Red Devil (shorts) & Maverick (longs) a worthy addition to your 'Wishlist'. The course is always well groomed and gorgeous to just walk through. Bring your 'A' game and enjoy the Virginia course that disc golf "Lovers" built.
