Played this course and it has a lot of potential! The design is excellent. It’s a challenging and fun course. The main issues currently are how over grown it is and some of the tee areas. There are a lot of areas where your disc will be swallowed up and impossible to find. My group lost two discs during our round and unfortunately spent more time looking for our discs than playing disc golf. Having a spotter on any holes with tall grass and brush is a good idea. It’s also a good idea to scout the hole first since some pins aren’t exactly where the signs indicate. The tee pads are sometimes not pointing the right direction, some of them can be leveled better and some need trees taken down in front of the tee pads to be throwable but all can that can be fixed in time. A few of the steep spots could use steps. All that to say I’m very excited to see this course installed. It’s only going to get better through time and am looking forward to playing Alfred again in the future.
