Riley Allen’s Disc Golf Course

Riley Allen’s disc golf course is a non-profit founded by Dave and Sarah Manzo. Set in the beautiful old town of Allentown NY, RADGC is a private course that is currently free to play until the end of 2024. Disc Golf parking is available by the pavilion. Please read the waiver below or at hole 1 before playing the course. The course was designed by Steve Braud who is well known for designing come of the world’s best courses including Faylor Lake and AGR disc golf courses. Riley’s has a small creek that runs through the lower part of the course and players are challenged throw over it on 9 of the 18 holes. The rest of the course is a mixture of open fields and wooded areas. It’s a technical course with shorter holes that will challenge you to place your shots carefully or you’ll be throwing in the rough. Every hole is a par 3. A donation box is available at hole 1 and players are encouraged to donate. Membership options will be available at the start of every year. All funds go back into the upkeep of the course. Everyone is required to read the waiver in order to get on the course. Riley Allen’s Disc Golf Course Waiver I understand that as a condition of using or visiting the property, I fully and completely release and discharge Riley Allen’s Disc Golf Course / 5920 Rt 417 LLC, its owners Dave and Sarah Manzo and family members (henceforth known as the Indemnities) from any and all liability and obligation of any kind or nature for injury to or death to me or any visitors or relatives I bring with me for loss of damage to my property arising during, in connection with or in any way related to my use of the property and/or participation in any events from any cause whatsoever, including the negligence of the Indemnities, or any of them. Further, I agree to Indemnify and hold the Indemnities, and each of them, harmless from any and all liability or obligation of any kind or nature for injury to or death of any person or damage to any property caused by me, or in any way related to or in connection with my use of the property or participation in any event, including, but in no way limited to, damage to the property of the Indemnities. Further, I understand and agree that I am and will be responsible for acts of any minor admitted to the property and/or event with me or over whom I have control. If I am the parent/owner or legal guardian of any minor present at the property and/or event, the release set forth above is also given for such minor in my capacity as the parent or legal guardian/owner of such minor, and the indemnity set forth above shall extend to any injury, death, or damage caused by such minor. I have received a copy of the rules and have read them. I acknowledge that I will follow them. I understand that this is a private property and that I will not vend any products with out the permission of the owners. I will not pollute the property, the roadside or any neighboring properties. I will not bring any illegal drugs, firearms or weapons of any kind of the property without owners permission. Consumption of alcohol by minors is strictly forbidden. I understand that any violation of the rules and/or etiquette may result in the immediate suspension or member and/or playing privileges at owner discretion. This waiver will remain in effect for the membership season (Jan 1 - Dec 31), at any time that I am on the RADGC/5920 Rt 417 LLC property. Thank you - The Manzo’s
