Honestly, this course seems very overrated. Views are lacking in that there’s not a single overlook. That’s not to say it’s bad, and clearly a lot of effort went into constructing it. However, the gold layout is severely lacking. Many of the holes don’t have much of a line to the gold pins, no matter your skill level. There’s a lot of unnecessary elevation holes where you’re throwing straight up or down the mountain with no real excitement. Several of the silver short pins are right in the line to the longer pins. Playing the gold layout is basically playing to the blues with a scramble around every gold green. There’s a couple of really great holes, 7 and 8 being my favorites. For the price, and the high ratings, I’m a bit disappointed. I’ve traveled the country playing and this course is not even close to my top 5. All that being said, it’s still a great course overall.
