Good conditions
Two sets of concrete teepads and two sets of baskets means there are four permanent options to play. Black tees are the longer tees, red tees are shorter. Gold(yellow) baskets are longer, while the blue baskets are shorter.
Hilly with a plentitude of tall pine trees. Shares a parking lot with a popular mountain bike trailhead.
