"Nice course through pine woods. We played black tees to gold baskets (long to long) good challenge for a moderately experienced player--the short positions seem good for beginners. Good mix of shot shapes, distances, and difficulty per hole. Keep an eye out for mountain bikers, as much of the course shares space with bike trails. The scenery is a little repetitive, but a fun course overall with good teepads and signage, and the bonus of two teepads and two baskets per hole."

"Boring if playing solo. Back 9 way more fun than front 9. Lost a disc on a bad throw on hole 5. Let me know if you find a pink Valkyrie in the bushes. State Park in the middle of nowhere. All tees and baskets are in good shape. Nice signage at each tee showing where the 2 basket choices are. Have to use UDisk multiple times to find the next tee. I'd be so easy for the park to paint a basket spoke that pointed to the next tee, not sure why they don't. $3pp entry fee. "

"Wow!! Amazing. Tough lines. Worth the drive from New Orleans! I will be back. All tee pads are perfect.
If I had a small criticism, it would be the walking paths are perfect in U-disc but I wish they were on the map that was handed out. Walking from 3-4 was hard."

"Very nice layout, but wish the tee pads were concrete. Fairways are well maintained but the rough is mainly briar thickets and you might want to bring bug spray. Found 3 or so discs, however I think there may have been a fire recently because they were all melted."

"Beautiful and serene. Only complaint is the poor tee pad labeling. Had to find decorative concrete stones that indicate “tee pads”. Grey stone bricks (about 12” bricks) indicates white tees while red brick indicates red tees. If you land off the fairway the brush is unforgiving. Bring water. Very challenging but fun."
